Mr. Nitin G. Kulkarni has over three decades of rich experience across the specialty chemicals value chain, specialising in fluorochemicals and CDMO. He is a highly respected leader with a proven track record of driving growth, establishing new business verticals, embedding manufacturing excellence and executing large projects, both brownfield and greenfield. He is well connected in the industry with strong and deep relationships across leading global majors. He is also passionate about HSE and sustainability.

In his last role as Executive Director at OC Specialty for over a decade, he played an entrepreneurial and pivotal role in conceptualising and establishing OC Specialty as a leading global player in the specialty chemical and CDMO space with customers across India, Europe, North America, Japan and China.

He has previously worked with Navin Fluorine for a period of 7 years, heading Business Development, where he was instrumental in establishing the specialty business. His experience also includes diverse roles in strategy, business development and manufacturing, working for companies in the Aditya Birla Group (Chemical business including Tanfac) and Hindustan Unilever Group (Lakmé).

He holds a Masters in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.

Anish Ganatra is the Chief Financial Officer at Navin Fluorine International Limited, bringing close to three decades of extensive experience across finance, strategy, risk management, business transformation, and commercial operations. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, governance, planning, performance management, and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining Navin Fluorine in 2023, Anish held senior leadership positions with organizations including Reliance Industries Limited, BP, Castrol India, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has also served as a Board Director at VAKT Holdings Ltd.. Anish is recognized for his strong financial leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to drive operational efficiency, transformation, and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Mankad is a distinguished legal and corporate affairs professional having over three decades of rich experience. He serves as President – Legal and Company Secretary of the Company. His areas of expertise include corporate governance and board advisory, business & commercial laws, compliance management, contract management, corporate restructuring, dispute resolution and corporate social responsibility. He has been associated with the Mafatlal Group since 1993.

He holds a degree in Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University with Bachelor of Laws from Kishinchand Chellaram Law College.

Partha Roy Chowdhury is the Chief Executive Officer – High Performance Products at Navin Fluorine International Limited, where he leads the company’s High Performance Products business and drives strategic growth initiatives across the segment. With more than three decades of experience in the chemical industry, he brings extensive expertise in business leadership, financial management, and operational strategy.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Partha has built a strong track record of leading businesses through growth, transformation, and value creation. His experience spans strategic planning, business expansion, and financial leadership, enabling him to drive sustainable performance in competitive and evolving markets. At Navin Fluorine, he plays a key role in strengthening the company’s High Performance Products portfolio while focusing on operational excellence, customer partnerships, and long-term business growth.

Dr. Vijay Kaiwar is the Chief Executive Officer – CDMO Business at Navin Molecular, where he leads the organization’s global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) business with end-to-end P&L responsibility. With nearly three decades of experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and specialty chemicals sectors, he brings deep expertise spanning R&D, manufacturing, commercialization, and global business development.

Prior to joining Navin Molecular in 2025, Dr. Kaiwar held leadership roles at Anthem Biosciences, Sun Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Jubilant Organosys, and Atul Limited. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Indian Institute of Chemical Technology and completed his post-doctoral research at King’s College London. Dr. Kaiwar is widely recognized for driving strategic growth, advancing high-value chemistry capabilities, and building strong global partnerships across regulated markets. He is also regarded as an industry thought leader and has represented the sector at global forums including CPhI, DCAT Week, and TIDES USA.

Vinod Shetty is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Navin Fluorine International Limited, where he leads the organization’s people and culture agenda with a focus on building a future-ready workforce and strengthening the One-Navin culture. In his role, he oversees talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, succession planning, and rewards and recognition initiatives.

With nearly three decades of experience in human resources, including over 16 years in senior leadership roles, he brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, capability building, and aligning people strategy with business growth. Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, he served as Head – India HR & Communications at Teva Pharmaceuticals and was a Board Member for Teva Pharma and Teva Global Business Services. He has also held leadership roles at Sanofi India, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer India, IPCA Laboratories, and other leading organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a strong foundation in labour laws and training & development.

Rajesh Jain is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Navin Fluorine International Limited, where he leads the company’s supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, procurement, and operational efficiency initiatives across business verticals. With over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, and strategic sourcing, he brings deep expertise across the agrochemical and specialty chemical sectors.

Rajesh has a strong track record in driving supply chain transformation, digital procurement, process re-engineering, cost optimization, and building high-performance teams. Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, he held leadership roles focused on strengthening operational agility and strategic vendor partnerships. He holds an MBA in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management, a Master’s degree in Science from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, and is a Certified Supply Chain Leader from the Institute of Supply Chain Management. He has also completed the Senior Leadership Programme from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Radheshyam Singh is the President – Operations at Navin Fluorine International Limited, bringing nearly 35 years of rich experience across the chemicals, fluorochemicals, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and specialty manufacturing sectors. He has held senior leadership positions at organizations including Jubilant Life Sciences Limited and Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, where he led large-scale manufacturing operations and strategic transformation initiatives.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from BIT Sindri with a General Management Program for Senior Executives from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, he is known for driving operational excellence, safety, digital transformation, cost optimization, and innovation-led growth. Prior to joining Navin Fluorine in April 2022, he served as Executive Vice President – Operations at Deepak Fertilisers. He has also been recognized with accolades including the “Icon of the Year” and “Best Site Award” for his leadership and operational achievements.

Dinesh Gangawane is the Site Head – Dahej at Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited, where he leads large-scale manufacturing operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and team-driven performance. He brings extensive experience in chemical manufacturing and plant operations across multiple industrial locations and business environments.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Dinesh is recognized for his expertise in manufacturing leadership, process excellence, operational efficiency, and building high-performance teams. Under his leadership, the Dahej site has received industry recognition for excellence in health, safety, and environmental management, including accolades from the Indian Chemical Council and the Exceed Environment Awards for responsible operations and waste management initiatives. He plays a key role in strengthening Navin Fluorine’s manufacturing capabilities while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Parhalad Sharma is the Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at Navin Fluorine International Limited, bringing extensive expertise in industrial research and development, process chemistry, fluorine technologies, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and advanced materials. He has led multidisciplinary teams and large-scale industrial projects focused on fluorochemistry innovation, process optimization, and scalable manufacturing solutions across the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and specialty chemical sectors.

Dr. Sharma has deep specialization in advanced fluorine chemistry, including high-purity electronic chemicals, vapor-phase fluorination, and perfluorinated compounds for high-performance fluoroelastomers. Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, he worked with organizations including AstraZeneca, Lupin, Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals, and PI Industries. He also completed industrial postdoctoral research with Ciba Specialty Chemicals and attended the Emerging Leaders programme at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. He is recognized for translating complex laboratory chemistry into safe, scalable, and commercially viable manufacturing processes.

Amish Kamat is the Corporate Head – Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability at Navin Fluorine International Limited. He is responsible for managing HSE-related risks across the organization’s operations, ensuring regulatory compliance across all manufacturing sites, and driving initiatives to strengthen the company’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. He also leads engagement on HSE matters with external stakeholders, investors, and regulatory authorities.

With nearly 30 years of experience in occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental management, and industrial safety, Amish has worked extensively across the chemical, pharmaceutical, and paint manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Navin Fluorine, he held key roles at organizations including Bayer, Cipla, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Nerolac Paints. A Chemical Engineering graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, he is also a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) accredited by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. He is recognized for his expertise in chemical safety, workplace risk assessment, compliance, and process safety management.
