Our responsibility does not end at the factory gate. We invest in the communities around our operations, focusing on access to essential services, long-term capability building and development for underserved groups, carried through partnerships with institutions and grassroots organisations that translate into real outcomes on the ground.

Workplace commitments

Health and Safety

We take a systematic approach to identifying and managing risks across every operation, working within well-defined safe operating limits backed by engineering and procedural controls. Every incident is reported, investigated and traced to its root cause. Health awareness programs and on-site medical practitioners support employee wellbeing, extended to their families as well.

Labour Practices

Every employee at Navin is entitled to fair opportunity and respect at the workplace. We provide safe working environments, clear operating procedures, protective equipment and effective emergency training. Forced labour, child labour, abuse and harassment are absolutely unacceptable and can result in loss of employment.

Human Rights

We uphold workers' rights across all our operations, including freedom from discrimination, freedom of association and the right to a safe workplace. Respect for human life guides every level of decision-making. Our whistleblower policy provides a fair and transparent mechanism for anyone who needs to raise a concern.

Talent Attraction and Retention

Talent Attraction and Retention

Attracting and retaining the right people is a strategic priority as we grow and navigate an evolving global landscape. We are committed to building a culture where talent can develop meaningful careers and contribute to our long-term success.

Learning and Development

Learning and Development

We view learning and development as a cornerstone of sustainable organisational success. Our training ecosystem is designed to build a future-ready workforce across roles and hierarchies, aligning technical expertise with ESG principles, safety practices and ethical decision-making. The goal is continuous growth for our people alongside continuous improvement in our operations.

Community impact

Expanding Access

Access to healthcare and basic services remains uneven across many regions. Our interventions focus on strengthening infrastructure and extending services to communities that are often underserved. This includes expanding rural facilities such as Jankikund Chikitsalaya in Chitrakoot, upgrading critical care infrastructure at Shree Krishna Hospital in Karamsad, and running mobile health services that bring diagnosis, treatment and preventive care to remote villages around our manufacturing locations.

Enabling Independence

Through partnerships with organisations such as the Blind People's Association and Shakti Foundation, we support vocational training, self-employment and women-led livelihood programs that combine income generation with broader community wellbeing.

Sustaining Education

Our education initiatives are designed to ensure children not only access schooling but are able to continue and benefit from it. Support spans girls' education, school infrastructure and transportation initiatives that reduce barriers to attendance and improve learning environments.

Supporting Ambition

Alongside essential services, we support platforms that enable talent and aspiration. Through partnerships such as Olympic Gold Quest, we contribute to athlete development across disciplines, supporting training, nutrition and competitive exposure for those striving to represent the country at the highest level.
