Our Surat and Dewas facilities operate under ISO 50001-certified systems, bringing discipline and rigour to how energy performance is monitored and improved. Progress is already visible: Scope 1 emissions have reduced through efficiency improvements and changes in refrigerant usage.

Product And Process Design

Sustainability is embedded at the design stage, in both products and processes. We are advancing next-generation refrigerants, including hydrofluoroolefins (HFOs), as alternatives to high global warming potential compounds. Process improvements have delivered measurable reductions in effluents and resource use, demonstrating how environmental performance is built into scale-up and manufacturing.

E-factors are considered when selecting products for commercial development. Process safety studies are carried out at multiple stages of engineering while installing new plants and adopting newer technologies. Life cycle assessments and product carbon footprint calculations are conducted for ongoing products, giving site teams the data they need to drive continuous improvement
