| Dr. Vijay Kaiwar, CEO – CDMO |
Dr. Vijay Kaiwar is the CEO of the CDMO business at Navin Molecular, where he is responsible for leading strategy, operations, and growth of the company’s Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization. Based at Dewas, he drives the expansion of capabilities, customer partnerships, and technology platforms to strengthen Navin Molecular position as a trusted global partner in life sciences.
With over 30 years of experience in the CDMO and API sectors, Dr. Kaiwar brings deep expertise in R&D, technology transfer, manufacturing, operations, and commercial management. His knowledge spans advanced technologies including small and large molecules, HPAPIs, ADCs, peptides, oligonucleotides, fermentation, and probiotics, along with a strong track record of building global partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. |

| Mr. Mankad is a graduate in commerce with degree in law and also member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a total work experience of more than 30 years. He has been with the Group since 1992. |

| Mr. Radheshyam is B. Tech Graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety with an industry experience of around 36 years. He is Site Head for our Surat (Gujarat) Manufacturing Facility. |

| Mr. Rajesh Jain, Chief Supply Chain Officer |
Rajesh has completed his MBA in Materials Management from IIMM, Bengaluru. He holds Master’s degree in Science from ML Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Leader from Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISCM).
He has also completed the Senior Leadership program from IIM Calcutta.
Rajesh has over three decades of rich experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing of Agrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals. |

| Mr. Amish Kamat, Vice President - Corporate Head - HSE & Sustainability |
|
Mr. Amish Kamat leads the Corporate HSE & Sustainability function at Navin, based out of the Head Office and reporting to the Managing Director. In this role, he is responsible for driving the company’s health, safety, environment, and sustainability agenda across all business operations.
With more than 25 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Amish brings extensive expertise in industrial hygiene, risk management, digital safety tools, chemical exposure management, and ESG capability building. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) accredited by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), a Lead Auditor for ISO 14001, a Certified PSCI Auditor, and a certified trainer in behavioural safety. |
