Shri Vishad P. Mafatlal is the grandson of Late Shri Arvind N. Mafatlal. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and has a rich experience of more than two decades in the field of Textiles and Chemicals industries. He is the Chairman of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust ( est. 1968) , a Social & Charitable Trust in U.P./M.P. , providing services in the areas of education & healthcare to the rural masses. He is on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Promoter Director since January 2003. In the past, he has also been in the Boards of Mafatlal Industries Limited and NOCIL Limited ; as the Executive Vice Chairman of Mafatlal Industries Limited and as a Non-Executive Promoter Director in NOCIL Limited.

A. K. Srivastava has an experience of over 35 years in large corporates, in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Commerce. Mr. Srivastava is a Science Graduate and holds Degree of Fellow Chartered Accountant (F.C.A)

Mr. Kapadia is a partner in Vigil Juris, advocates and solicitors, Mumbai and has an experience of over 35 years in the legal field. Mr. Kapadia by qualification is a B.A., LLB. He is an advocate and a solicitor.

Mr. Lalbhai is an industrialist having varied experience of over 29 years in chemicals and general management. He is a science graduate and holds M.S degree in chemistry from USA and other M.S degree in economic planning & policy from the Boston University of USA.

Mr. Nambiar, having a career spanning over 45 years was associated as President/Chairman and member of numerous prestigious organisations such as the Cement Manufacturers Association, National Council for Cement and Building materials, Development Council for Cement industry. The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India and the Bombay Chamber of Commerce etc. He was associated for more than 26 years with the Associated Cement Company Ltd., including 6 years as its Managing Director. He is a commerce graduate and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Kulkarni, a consultant with vast experience acts as a corporate and business advisor to several Indian and International corporate entities. He has an experience of 44 years in the areas of international business, alliance management, strategic planning, corporate governance, business development, venture capital funding and education. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Engineers, the Institute of Management, U.K., and also the Institute of Directors, U.K.

Mr. Mankad is a retired IAS officer. He was the chief secretary to the Government of Gujarat from 2005 to 2007 and has also held important positions in the Central Government (Ministries of Finance, Agriculture, and Human Resource Development) and the Government of Gujarat. He holds a Master’s degree of Arts (History) from the university of Delhi and also has a diploma in Development Studies from the Cambridge University.

Mr. Engineer has varied experience of over 44 years in the banking sector. He retired as an executive director, wholesale banking of HDFC Bank Ltd. He has a Bachelor’s degree of Science and also a Diploma in Business Management from the Hazarimal Somani College, Mumbai.

Mrs. Haribhakti , having a career spanning over 30 years in commercial and investment banking with Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, DSP Merrill Lynch & RH Financials. She has advised several large corporates and led their IPOs, FPOs, GDRs and ADR offerings. She is also actively involved in the development of micro finance sector since 1996 as Board Member and Chairperson of Friends of Women’s World Banking. She is a commerce graduate and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
