Navin Fluorine International Limited established its main R&D facilities in the Surat (Gujarat) campus, designated as the Navin Research and Innovation Center (NRIC), to further enhance our R&D capabilities. The main R&D building was constructed in 2008, with the new pilot plant completed in 2009, and the R&D laboratory space expanded again in 2010. The new state of the art center has synthetic chemistry and analytical labs along with dedicated laboratories for conducting vapor phase and high pressure reactions. The research center has a modern pilot plant with DCS controls attached to it.

The synthetic labs have well ventilated fume hoods equipped with scrubbers. The analytical research lab is equipped with LC-MS, GC-MS, gas chromatographs, HPLCs, KF titrators and other essential equipment, and follows GLP norms. The Navin Fluorine research center has a well stocked library and subscription to online databases such as STN and Reaxys. We have on line access to various journals and periodicals to stay abreast with latest research around the world.
