Scale-up and non CGMP activities:

NFIL's well-established newly built pilot plant for the synthesis of compounds in multi gram to multi-kilogram levels at Surat is fully functional. During scale up synthesis, our scientists and engineering team members always look for the most cost effective and trouble free manufacturing process, with optimization at different batch sizes for validation.

Our pilot plant equipment includes reactors with capacities varying from 100 to 500 L in MSGL, Stainless Steel and Inconel, with distillation facilities, high and low temperature capabilities, in-process control capabilities, etc.

The common objectives of our team members for all projects we undertake include:

• Timely delivery in a predefined quality

• Final products and intermediates well characterized using our state-of-the-art analytical facilities (as per specification)
  
  
• Flexible synthetic scales from milligrams to kilograms to multiple tons
  
  
• Major focus on economic, environmentally benign and readily available starting materials, reagents and catalysts, with special emphasis on fluorination requirements involving synthesis initiates with in-house available starting materials and technologies wherever possible to support subsequent manufacturing
  
  
• Impurity profiling as per the clients' requirements
  
  
• Written reports in client's preferred format for each compound including protocol and data sets
