One of the key contributing success factors to our past accomplishments and recent activities is the NFIL management team's vision and willingness to invest in upgrading skill sets as a continuous process.

This includes the completion of a state-of-the-art R&D facility at Surat and an upcoming expanded, dedicated research facility with a suite of both routine (HPLC, GC, MS) and sophisticated analytical support equipment.

In addition, we have arrangements with local universities and area testing facilities to carry out specialty testing, reaction-calorimeter based data analysis, NMR, and other needed support on a regular and timely fashion.

Our people have access to modern online scientific databases such as STN, along with links to major libraries in the country for literature support beyond the resources of our facility library reference books and materials.
