AMG has major interests in Textiles, Garments, Information Technology, Fine Chemicals and Chemical Intermediates. He is the Vice-Chairman of Mafatlal Industries Limited. He is a Committee Member of the Millowner’s Association, Mumbai (MOA) and is a Member of Governing Council of N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research.
Shekhar Khanolkar
He is the Managing Director of the Company. A Chemical Engineer with over 16 years of business work experience in various Indian and Multinational Organisations of repute within India in the areas of production and marketing etc. He was associated with Alkyl Amine Chemicals Limited, Cyanamid India Limited, Cetex Petrochemicals Limited and before joining the Company he was with BASF India Limited as Chief Executive for functional polymers business and a part of the Management Committee of BASF Limited.

FCA having experience of over 30 years in large corporates in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Commerce.
V.P. Mafatlal
Economics Graduate from Wharton School. He is an Industrialist having business experience of more than 11 years in textiles and chemicals.
Pradip N. Kapadia
He is a Partner of Vigil Juris, Advocates and Solicitors, Mumbai. He has experience of more than 30 years in legal field.
S.S. Lalbhai
Masters in Chemistry, Economy, Planning & Policy, he is an Industrialist having varied experience of more than 25 years in Chemicals & General Management.
T.M.M. Nambiar
ACA with a vast experience of over 45 years, he was associated as President / Chairman / Member of the prestigious institutions like Cement Manufacturers’ Association, National Council for Cement & Building Materials and Development Council for Cement Industry, The Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India, Bombay Chamber of Commerce etc. He was associated for more than 26 years with Associated Cement Company Ltd. including 6 years as Managing Director.
S.M. Kulkarni
Engineer with Multiple Fellowships, he is currently a Consultant and acts as a Corporate and Business Advisor to several Indian and International Corporate entities and has vast experience in the areas of International Business, Alliance Management, Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance, Business Development, Venture Capital Funding and Education.
R. Sankaran
Masters in Economics, he is an eminent Consultant in the field of Financial Services Industry over past 3 decades and has held the position as Head of the Merchant Banking for Standard Chartered Bank and as a Senior Partner of Arthur Andersen. He is an active speaker in the areas of Capital Market, Development Finance and Corporate Finance and is associated with various Bankers Training Colleges, the NIBM an IIM, Ahmedabad.
Sudhir Mankad
Aged 64 years he is a Retired IAS Officer. He has done his MA in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and Diploma in Development Studies from Cambridge University. He was the Chief Secretary of the Government of Gujarat from 2005 to 2007 and has also held important positions in Government of India (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Human Resource Development) and Government of Gujarat. He is associated with various State / Private Sector Corporates in his capacity as Chairman / Director.
