Once we receive a request for quotation (RFQ), we do the following:

• Brainstorm for an efficient synthetic route.
• Generate a proposal.

Upon acceptance, we begin:

• Laboratory synthesis to generate a representative sample of the target molecule.
• Full analytical support work.
• Evaluation of new synthetic route(s)
• Scale-up, as requested
• Project delivery to meet or exceed expectations

Navin Fluorine does not shy away from the most complex of chemistries. We offer flexible, cost-effective solutions to meet your research, development, and production needs. It is our pleasure to offer you options for fee for service (FFS) contract-based projects or full-time equivalent (FTE) based arrangements. Through FTE work, we assign full-time chemists and teams dedicated to you and to your project’s success. Alternatively, we offer the option of a fixed price fee for service (FFS) contract. In either case, we are able to work in a timely and efficient manner so that you can meet your critical project timelines. Together we can target the most precise pathway to your success.

CRAMS – Navin Fluorine Approach to Contract Research:

All projects are assigned a project technical leader who serves as the single point of technical contact. The project is typically structured in several phases according to the project requirements and may include:

• Signing of confidentiality agreement(s) and exchange of available information.
• Project scope definition.
• Project assessments and proposal(s).
• Scouting experiments for proof of concept.
• Process development including safety studies
• Analytical method development
• Contract synthesis
• Delivery of material and project reports

NFIL-CRO follows a weekly reporting system with the clients, which may be modified according to project requirements and client needs to including teleconferencing or video conferencing with the business development and technical team.
